A few quick beauty tips... percieve at will!

* For healthy nails, regularly massage the cuticles with a thick lotion or lip balm after removing nail polish.
* Heres one you might like better Sugar is a great exfoliator for your face and body add some lemon and you're set :)
* For every night you sleep with your makeup on, your skin ages by 8 days! (not sure how true this one is, but hey, it's just a tip)
Don't try matching your eyeshadows with your clothes, try to do opposites to make your outfit and your makeup have a nice contrast against one another.
* Don't forget to put that sunblock on your hands for those that are living in the sunny states especially.
* Avocado is one of the best fitness foods for women.
